- Gift cards: These are not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened or used products: These items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included on your return package to ensure it is processed correctly.
- Packaging the Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Include all accessories, manuals, and original parts.
- Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of an error on our part.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. We will notify you by email when the return is processed.
3. Refunds
Once your return is processed and accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and the total value of the returned items results in your order falling below the minimum purchase threshold for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items, especially if the item is not in its original condition.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Refund: If the item is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a full refund for the defective or damaged product.
To process a defective or damaged return, we require photos of the item and packaging to assess the issue.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order. If you need assistance in selecting a replacement product, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
